On February 2, 2018, about 60 people attended the monthly Guest Table community dinner at First Parish Church of Stow and Acton. The menu consisted of salad and bread, ham with pineapple, vegetarian/gluten-free lasagna, and brownies. Members of the Rotary Club of Nashoba Valley helped serve dinner and clean up after the event.
Sponsored by the First Parish Church of Stow and Acton, the Guest Table program is open to all and has received financial support from the Rotary Club of Nashoba Valley, Stow Community Chest, and the Acton Boxborough United Way. The Community Dinner also receives consistent support from the Stow Council on Aging and the Stow Food Pantry.
