Many thanks to all the clubs and Rotarians who participated in Friday's PR Expo. It was a great opportunity for fellowship and sharing ideas on how to promote Rotary and all that we do.
STOP HUNGER NOW – WELLESLEY ROTARY’S MAJOR PROJECT
On Saturday, April 19, the Rotary club of Wellesley will host a Stop Hunger Now meal packaging project. Over 100 volunteers are needed for the three-hour project, says Hank Petrilli, Chairman.
The Rotary Club of Sturbridge has recently completed a 2-year long International Service Project. Rotary's Mission is providing service and their motto is Service Above Self. Rotary clubs are expected to be of assistance to the local and international community by creating or participating in projects in Four Avenues of Service - Vocational, Community, International, and Youth.
I made this video, not only to document the Stop Hunger Now event last January, but also to use it for marketing the Stop Hunger Now event at District Conference this year, and for next year where we hope to vastly increase the amount of meals packaged.
