A Food Packaging event to benefit Rise Against Hunger is set for this Saturday, May 15 from 9:00 a.m. to 12: 00 noon at Littleton High School. The goal, to package at least 20,000 meals in two hours, has been set by the event's main sponsors, the Rotary Club of Nashoba Valley, Nashoba High School' Interact Club and Littleton High School's Humanitarian Club.
Rise Against Hunger will send the food to needy areas around the world. Previous events have provided meals to people in the African nations of Burkina Faso and Malawi.

This high-energy event is ideal for high school students such as Interact clubs. We request a $1,000 donation from participating Rotary clubs. This event is also sponsored by the Rotary Club of Acton-Boxborough, the Rotary Club of Hudson, the Rotary Club of Littleton, and Workers Credit Union.
