A member of the Rotary Club of Northborough was inspired by a personal conversation with Dr. Paul Farmer (shown below), co-founder of Partners in Health. Her enthusiasm, shared with club members, led us to work on a presentation about Partners In Health and its response to COVID-19.

Please take the time to view the presentation, from our latest club Zoom meeting, and consider joining us in our campaign to support the efforts of Partners In Health. To watch the 21-minute presentation, click here.

Partners In Health teams on four continents are fighting the COVID-19 pandemic. They're protecting the most vulnerable, building health systems, and saving lives.

Partners In Health has more than 30 years of experience battling epidemics, working with impoverished communities to defeat HIV, drug-resistant tuberculosis, ebola, zika, and cholera. It's time to stop the current coronavirus in its tracks, and they know how to do it.

Partners In Health is launching a comprehensive effort to support this response across its network of supported countries around the world, to do the following:
  • Contain and control the spread of the virus
  • Ensure that patients are provided with dignified care
  • Demonstrate to the world what aggressive action in vulnerable settings can achieve
Thank you for joining Rotary Club of Northborough in support of Partners In Health’s fight to bring health care to those who need it most. The money raised through this page will go toward treating vicious diseases such as malaria and tuberculosis, building homes for poor families, helping farmers increase their crops, and treating malnutrition in children.

For those living on less than a dollar a day, no amount of support is too small  -  $5 can make all the difference. Click here, to donate now.
