The annual Business Meeting of the Rotary clubs of District 7910 will take place this Wednesday, June 2 at starting at 6:30 p.m. via Zoom. We expect that this important annual meeting will run between 60 and 90 minutes.

Prior to the meeting, your club needed to have enrolled the requisite delegates. Immediately following the meeting, the annual Memorial Service will be held.

To register to attend the Business Meeting - as either a Rotary member or a non-member - click here.

On May 4, we e-mailed you the minutes of the 2020 Business Meeting. You also received the balance sheet as of May 30, 2019, the profit-and-loss sheet for the 2019-2020 Rotary year, and a year-to-date profit-and-loss sheet for the 2020-2021 Rotary year.

Here's an important procedural change for this year. Due to COVID-19 pandemic restrictions, our 2021 meeting will be held online via Zoom. As a result, credentials certification needed to have been completed by May 26.

In order to vote on any matters during the June 2 Business Meeting, your club must have selected voting delegate(s). Any active member in good standing was allowed to be your delegate. Your club’s allocation was based on the current number of active members in your club.

Your club secretary needed to have affirmed the selection of delegate(s) by submitting a copy of your completed Credential Certificate(s) by May 26. Your email address was considered to be your signature. During the Business Meeting, only designated member delegate(s) will be allowed to vote on behalf of your club.

In addition, only delegates from clubs in “good standing” – those that have submitted their required reports and dues to Rotary International and District 7910 by the time of the Business Meeting - will be allowed to participateQuestions relating to your club’s good standing should be directed to District Governor Diana Nestorova
