Generous Rotarian Recently Recognized by Rotary International
Natick Rotarian Ric Erickson was recently recognized by Rotary International as a 'Major Donor' and President Eileen Fitz had these words to say:
"I would like to take a moment to recognize Ric Erickson and express Rotary International’s sincere gratitude for his generous financial contributions over the years.
Ric has reached the Major Donor level, a remarkable milestone that reflects his deep commitment to Rotary’s mission and service.
In appreciation, I am honored to present Ric with a Rotary pin adorned with 3 red stones, along with this crystal award.
Thank you Ric, for your generosity and continued support of Rotary."
Ric was modest about his generosity and responded: ""That 'deep commitment' comes from a first-hand experience with TRF's work in action. I was lucky enough over the years to work on projects in Honduras, Cairo, Brazil and elsewhere and see how my annual contribution made a difference. TRF may have benefitted but I did too and that has kept me going.""
Over the years, and certainly since his time with Natick Rotary, Ric has embodied 'Service Above Self' and we're proud to have him as a member.
