Did you miss our Building Rotary Membership Through Passion And Asking workshop on September 16? To watch the presentation by Don Wilson, author of What’s Your Woobie? – Simple Strategies on Your Uncomfortable Path to New Opportunities, click here
In a Rotary survey conducted several years ago, 80 percent of Rotarians had never asked anyone to join Rotary, and the No. 1 reason people give for not being in Rotary is that no one has asked them. The primary purpose of having this workshop was to get more of our members comfortable in making that ask.

During 2019-2020, the Rotary Club of Groton-Pepperell set a goal to double its membership with a very simple strategy: Asking each member to commit to sponsoring at least one new member that year. The club went from 13 to 22 members, by far the biggest membership increase in District 7910. I hope your club will have similar success in 2020-2021.
In addition to the Don Wilson's presentation, watch these videos for helpful guidance in how to increase membership.
