Check out ways, through the Rotary Club of Westford, to get rid of all the collected papers and files that you have been going through the last few months, and to recycle your Trex plastics into a park bench.
The Westford club will hold a Shred Event fundraiser on Saturday, April 10 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon at the Westford Market Place. You can make a $10 donation to the Westford club per either box or three full bags. To download the Shred Event flyer, shown left, click here.

April 10 will also be the kick-off day for the Westford club's Bags to Benches Challenge, which is free and will run through October 10, 2021. The collection goal is a minimum of 500 pounds of Trex plastic bags and plastic wraps. Trex Co.  will turn the collected plastic into a bench, to be placed at the Roudenbush Community Playground, and at other places on the future. Westford saves lots of money by keeping these plastics out of the trash. To download the Bags to Benches flyer, shown right, click here.

All collected funds will be used for local projects and organizations. Please share this story with your family and friends.
