On Saturday, September 6, the Rotary Club of Bedford held its annual Bicycle Helmet Giveaway, providing about 50 free helmets to children in the community. With safety as the top priority, our expert helmet fitters, club members Lita Verrier and Sze-Wen Kuo, carefully measured each child’s head to ensure a proper and comfortable fit.
In addition to protecting young riders, the event was an opportunity to connect with the community. Many families learned about the Rotary’s upcoming programs, including the relaunch of Bedford Community Dinners later this month and our festive Winter Holiday Breakfast in December.
