I hope you enjoyed a meaningful and joyful holiday season, surrounded by those who matter most. As we step confidently into the New Year, we do so with renewed purpose, fresh momentum, and an unwavering commitment to Service Above Self.
January invites us to embrace Rotary’s Vocational Service Month—a powerful reminder that our professions are not just what we do, but one of the greatest ways we serve.
It is with great pride and excitement that I announce the Rotary District 7910’s nomination committee’s selection of District Governor Nominee Designate. Susan Wilkinson of the Rotary Club of Nashoba Valley will serve as our District Governor during the 2028–2029 Rotary Year, and we could not be more thrilled for the future of our district under her leadership!
District 7910 is offering a one-time $30,000 Morley Global Grant in the academic year 2026/27 to graduate students researching or studying abroad in one of the seven Rotary focus areas. The applicant must be accepted at a university or college outside the U.S., begin their program by Fall 2026, and be sponsored by a club in district 7910.
This is one event you truly do not want to miss as you prepare to lead your club during the 2026–2027 Rotary year!

Every December the Youth Exchange Committee hosts one of the best holiday parties in the District. This year was no exception. Exchange students (past, present, and future), as well as Rotarians, host parents, and volunteers, joined together to celebrate a wonderful mixing of cultures, food, and fun. Guests included Rotary exchange students from Japan and Argentina, previous exchange students to Sweden and Switzerland, and future outbound students who will participate in the short and long-term programs in 2026-27.

Reaching their 100th year in service to the community earlier in 2025, the Leominster Rotary Club wanted to recognize the Club’s commitment to “service above self,” voting to hold two new service projects. The first of those projects was a toy drive for local children and a food drive for the local Veterans Food Pantry.

Public Image Primer: 3 Rotary Logos Do's and Don'ts
1. DO use your custom Club logo all the time. DG Johnny's Leominster Club's simplified logo is perfect. If you're not using a logo that looks similar, you can find your Club logo in this folder. If your club is using the "old" wheel/gear/cog that has yellow and blue, you gotta change it.
2. DON'T use the Rotary "Mark of Excellence" for your Club's program, event, or anything. Use your Club's custom logo for everything.
3. DON'T use the Presidential "Unite for Good" message for anything that will go to folks who are not Rotary members. That's why the banner at the top of this newsletter no longer has the logo below.
To conform to Rotary's brand guidelines, you'll have the easiest time if you never use that logo at , beautiful as it may be.
