Westford Rotary Club is conducting a Helicopter Golf Ball Drop Fundraiser at Kimball Farm in Westford. At 1pm, 4 October, a helicopter will drop 1500 numbered balls and the closest to the pin wins $2500. The furthest from the pin wins $250. Our Helicopter Golf Ball Drop is our major fundraiser for the year and provides an excellent chance to win with only 1500 balls in play. The prize for closest to the pin is $2500 and $250 for the furthest from the pin. One ball is $10, six balls for $50, and 13 balls for $100. For each $100 entry, you are also put in a drawing for a scratch ticket wreath ($250 worth of tickets). You do not have to be present to win.
The event takes place on October 4th at 1pm at Kimball Farm in Westford, an entertainment complex with a driving range, miniature golf, arcade, seafood shack, bumper cars, bumper boats, zip line, batting cages, pony rides, and more. And of course, Kimball Farm’s famous, and huge, ice cream stand.
In conjunction with this event, we will be hosting various other non-profits and activities in a party tent near the drop zone.
